Colleen Sproul has over ten years of experience counseling pharmaceutical companies on compliance, contracts, licensing, and litigation management matters. Prior to founding Contracts Associates, Colleen was a Director at a CRO and previously held contract management positions at Wyeth and Boston Scientific.

Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Rhode Island and also earned her law degree at New England School of Law. She has presented at Association of Clinical Research Professionals symposiums, the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council Law and Policy forums and has been interviewed for national news articles.

Mary Weidenbach is a corporate attorney with nearly a decade of experience representing clients in a wide variety of commercial matters and providing legal advice on a range of corporate, employment and regulatory issues. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating contracts relating to the conduct of clinical trials, including CRO services agreements, clinical trial agreements with investigators, healthcare professional consulting agreements and related vendor contracts.

Prior to joining Contracts Associates, Mary worked as in-house counsel at PAREXEL International, LLC, and as an associate at Goulston & Storrs, P.C. Mary received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Harvard University and her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. She is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Maryland Bar.

Melissa L. M. Amberik is a corporate life sciences attorney with ten years experience representing clients in all areas of clinical and pre-clinical research, in both academic and industry settings.  From technology licensing to large international clinical trials, she is well versed in a wide range of life sciences agreements and issues.  Melissa’s previous employers include Synta Pharmaceuticals Corp., Boston Scientific, and Partners Healthcare. 

Melissa is a graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law and a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
