Simone McBean Yatrakis Joins Contracts Associates

January 19, 2010/Boston — Contracts Associates, Inc., Boston’s premier provider of strategic contract management counsel to the pharmaceutical industry, is pleased to announce Simone McBean Yatrakis has joined the company.

Simone Yatrakis brings to Contracts Associates over 10 years of experience representing public and private clients in matters ranging from corporate finance, securities, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions across various industries. She will be based in New York City and serve clients along the East Coast.

Simone Yatrakis most recently practiced at Bingham McCutchen, and was an associate at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP for nine years. She received her JD from Fordham University in 1999, and a BS in Communications from Northwestern University in 1994. She is a member of both the New York and Washington, DC Bar Associations.
